Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:

(In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.)

  • OrderΒ arrived Broken.
  • OrderΒ was not delivered.
  • Wrong Order was received.

Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:

  • No longer in need of product.
  • Deciding to cancel order post shipment.
  • Scent preference as scents is subjective to the customer.
  • Customer over activates the slime or adds/does something that we do not advise.
  • Slime is under activated and customer refuses to activate slime.
  • Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
  • Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer.
  • No picture/video proof of defective product.

RefundsΒ areΒ not issued until 14 days from the ship date.

Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.Β
