Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
Note, Exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances.
(In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.)
- OrderΒ arrived Broken.
- OrderΒ was not delivered.
- Wrong Order was received.

Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:
- No longer in need of product.
- Deciding to cancel order post shipment.
- Scent preference as scents is subjective to the customer.
- Customer over activates the slime or adds/does something that we do not advise.
- Slime is under activated and customer refuses to activate slime.
- Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
- Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer.
- No picture/video proof of defective product.

RefundsΒ areΒ not issued until 14 days from the ship date.
Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.Β

- Slime Mania reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet our refund policy criteria.
