Our store is located at DFO Jindalee ( Shop 61/16 Amazons Place , Jindalee - 4074).

Do I need to make a booking to visit Slime Mania?
Bookings are not mandatory, but are encouraged, especially during peak hours, weekends, school holidays and for group visits. You can book through our website with a lead time of 30 mins.
How do I reschedule my booking?
The booking can be rescheduled through the booking confirmation link you received in email to the next available/preferred slot. You can also call us or email us at admin@slimemania.au for the same. There are no fees for rescheduling.
How do I cancel my booking, and will I get a refund?
The booking can be cancelled through the booking confirmation link you received in email. You can also call us or email us at admin@slimemania.au for the same. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund (minus a small processing fee) to show up in your account.
What ages are suitable for the Slime Mania Play Studio?
The Slime Mania studio is suitable for slime enthusiasts of all ages from 4+! We offer activities and slime-making experiences that cater to kids, teenagers, and adults alike.
Is slime safe?
Yes, slime at Slime Mania is safe. We use non-toxic, kid-safe ingredients, and our staff is trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please follow our guidelines and safety instructions during your visit.

What about hygiene and safety at the play studio?
Curious about the hygiene of shared slime? Fear not! We've got the scoop on keeping it clean!
- Hand Hygiene: Sanitize your hands before and after playing with slime at the sanitizing stations at the play studio.
- Clean Playing Surface: All surfaces are periodically sanitized and cleaned.
- Supervision for Children: Parent/accompanying adult supervision is mandatory. Slime Mania staff will also assist as needed for an enjoyable experience.
- Slime disposal: Slime used is disposed of periodically and new slime added frequently.
- Making and storing slime: Slime is made in clean surroundings using gloves and stored in airtight containers when not in use to prevent contamination.
Slime FAQs
Why is my slime sticky?
Slime can become sticky due to enduring heat during transit, or simply breaking down over time. This can be easily fixed. In every order we include a spray pen with diluted activator, and an instruction card. Follow the directions on the card to restore the slime to its desired texture. Adult supervision recommended.
Why is my slime stiff?
Slimes can become stiff and hard especially in colder months due to slime ingredients. This can easily be fixed.
Opaque slimes: Add small amounts of lotion to the slime and knead until you reach the desired consistency.
Clear slimes: Leave the slime in an airtight container in a warm place for a few days for the slime to thaw and soften up.
What is Activator made of and is it safe?
We use a super diluted solution of Borax (0.001%) as the Activator to make our slimes which is proven safe for play.
Additional safety precautions:
- DO NOT EAT.
- Always use under adult supervision.
- If it gets in your eyes, rinse your eyes with cold water.
- Wash your hands after play.
What is included in my order?
Each package comes with everything you need to get started - all the items that you ordered, activator pen, and an informative instruction card full of top tips on how to care for your slime.
Slime Mania Party FAQs
How do I make a booking with a deposit only?
The deposit amounts are
- $100 for the Standard Party
- $200 for the Exclusive Party.
If you would like to make a booking with the deposit only, please send an email to admin@slimemania.au and these will be invoiced to you.
How do I reschedule my party?
Party bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 days before the event date using the link provided in the booking email. There are no fees for rescheduling.

How do I cancel my party? Will I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your party, we ask that you inform us at least 5 business days prior to the event date to receive a refund of your deposit (or booking amount) minus a small processing fee.
Please note that the deposit amounts are non-refundable if we do not receive cancellation notification in the timeframe mentioned.

Please bring your own food/cake for your party. Slime Mania does not provide food.
Can I bring party decorations?
Slime Mania has a party space with a party banner and we also provide party tablecloths for the tables. You can bring any table decor or helium balloons if you like. Please note we do not allow any decorations on our walls. Please email admin@slimemania.au for more assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please email us at support@slimemania.au with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days.
My package or items are damaged. What should I do?
Please email us at support@slimemania.au with a full picture of the damaged item or package and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days.
In most cases, we will provide you with a full refund or store credit for the damaged item. If a replacement is available, we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of the receipt of your order. The time frame is made to ensure the solid proof is shown.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We process our orders within 1-2 business days. This means once you place your order, we package the items you ordered and prepare them for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the delivery time you choose when selecting a shipping method only applies to shipping and will be added to the regular processing times.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard Australia Post flat rates apply. Please enter post code during Checkout for an estimate.
